I'm Natasha Tynes

I'm a Jordanian-American author and journalist with over two decades of experience. I have been published in the Washington Post, Nature, Elle, Esquire, Aljazeera, The Huffington Post, The New Arab, among others.

I'm also a fiction author, with one novel published, They Called Me Wyatt, and another coming soon.

I'm the recipient of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Award at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Award Literary Conference · Oct 2018 for her short story Ustaz Ali.

I appeared on several TV programs, including CNN's Larry King Live, PBS’s Foreign Exchange, CNN's Paula Zahn Show, CBS’s Morning Show, MSNBC's Scarborough Country, and the BBC’s Up All Night.

I have a Master's Degree in International Journalism from the City University of London in the United Kingdom.
